Please find below information on another new service for MSA GB members, we have taken a lot of calls over the past few months from instructors being let down by their insurance company not being able to supply a dual controlled vehicle when they have had an accident, causing even more concerns at an already stressful time, we now have an agreement with AI Solutions to supply a vehicle to you should the need arise.

A critical service to driving instructors is the provision of a dual controlled replacement vehicle following non- fault and fault accidents. Currently some driving instructors are being sold policies by their brokers or insurers which are failing to provide a dual-controlled car following an accident, sometimes, causing you to lose more business until your vehicle is repaired.

We are proud to offer exclusively to MSA GB members the provision of a replacement manual or automatic dual controlled car for both fault and non-fault accidents without the need to buy an extra insurance policy to cover the risk.

It’s important to stress that you are free to get your vehicle repaired wherever you choose. The FCA state under "treating customers fairly" that a policyholder does not have to use the services of their broker or insurer but can access any service they choose without their instructor insurance policy being invalidated.

In the event of an accident, you simply need to contact us, we will inform your insurer, and your replacement dual controlled car will be delivered to your chosen location as soon as possible. If your vehicle is drivable & legal post event, then it is best to arrange a delivery to the body repairer at an agreed time. If the vehicle is not drivable then we will ensure that it is delivered to the most convenient location for you.
