How to refund a lesson payment

Need to record a refund? It takes just a couple of taps.

To help you keep on top of your finances, GoRoadie Pro provides an easy and reliable system to record your refunded lesson payments.

You can see recent activity in Finances, and find a specific payment under ‘View all income’. Tap on a payment to view the details and bring up the option to refund payment.

If the payment was for a lesson package, their time will be removed.

To see all the payments related to a specific pupil, go over to their pupil profile, and to the Payments section.

Refunded payments are marked clearly, and the status will be updated throughout GoRoadie Pro.

If you need to cancel a lesson that has already been paid for, simply choose ‘Refund payment’ during the cancellation process, keeping your Finances up to date every step of the way.

Step by step:

  1. Go to the Finances tab and tap on "View all income".
  2. Tap on a payment to view the details.
  3. Tap "Refund". If the payment was for a lesson package, their package time will be removed from their profile. Refunded payments are marked clearly in the app and all the payments related to a specific pupil can be found from the Payments section of their profile.
  4. If you are refunding a lesson that has been cancelled: Select the lesson, tap "Cancel", then tap the "Refund payment" toggle before selecting "Confirm".
