Offering open lesson slots to your pupils with GoRoadie Pro

Step by step:

1. You can offer a lesson slot to your at pupils at any time by going to the Diary tab, scrolling to the bottom and pressing "Offer open lesson slot". If it's during your working day, you'll also see Open Slots appear on your Home tab. Tap "Offer a lesson to pupils" as a way to quickly get to the same screen.
2. Select who you want to offer the space to. By default it will send all current pupils, but if you know the space is only suitable for a few, you can select them from the list individually.
3. Tap "Next" and customise the date, time and duration of the lesson you want to fill.
4. You can optionally choose to require whomever accepts the slot to pay online. Use this if you want to ensure you'll get paid up-front. There is a small 1.9% fee to cover credit card processing fees (Typically just 60p for an hour lesson. By default pupils will be able to choose whether they pay online, pay in car or use, or use their previously purchased package time. Note, if they choose to pay online, there is no fee to you, so you'll receive the full lesson fee after the lesson has been delivered.
5. Tap "Send" and we'll notify all relevant pupils, saving you time from manually texting pupils and from dealing with multiple learners wanting the slot. You'll receive a notification when a pupil accepts.
