Signing up to GoRoadie Pro

Step by step:

1. To get started, add your business email address.
2. Continue to Add your name, phone number, and a password. Your name is used in communications with your pupil (like upcoming lesson notifications) and is shown in their app.
3. Enter your standard lesson price and lesson duration. You'll be able to add other lesson durations later, so you can set the length of a lesson with a tap.
4. If you offer your pupils lesson packages, like 10, 20 or 30 hour blocks that they purchase up-front, add them here. If you offer various rates for the same amount of lesson (like offering a student discount), tap "Add package" then enter the same number for "No. of lessons" but with a different price. If your standard lesson length is, say, 2 hours, but you still sell packages in terms of hours you can tap "Switch to hours" and enter prices per hourly block, rather than lesson length.
5. Next, enter your cancellation notice period. This is listed in the terms and conditions document sent to pupils (Using terms and conditions via GoRoadie Pro is optional, but a huge time saving.). It is also used to ensure pupils receive their first lesson reminders out-with your lesson cancellation window, so they'll have no excuses for a late cancellation. View the full pupil terms and conditions used by GoRoadie Pro from the "Your terms" section of Settings.
6. Tap "Connect Calendar" to enable calendar sync. Once synced select any of the calendars you want to see in GoRoadie Pro, for example and franchise calendar. You'll receive lesson conflict alerts to make sure you never double-book yourself.
7. Tap "Enable Notifications" to get alerts when key events happen, like pupils confirming attendance of a lesson, payments being made and more.
8. Finally, you can choose to import your pupils contact details from your devices Contacts app. Tap "Import to Current Pupils" to add all the pupils you're teaching right now and "Import to Live Waiting List" to allow GoRoadie Pro to check up on those learners every couple of weeks to ensure they're still keen. All your pupils will receive their own account and invitation to download the GoRoadie app, where they can track their progress, see upcoming lessons and receive important lesson notifications.
9. Continue to GoRoadie Pro to start adding upcoming lessons and reaping the time and cost-saving benefits of smart diary management.
