Recording a block booking purchased before using GoRoadie Pro

Step by step:

Adding remaining package time, without recording payment

1. Select the pupil in question from the Pupils tab, then scroll down to find and tap “Add package time".
2. Add the amount of time, or switch to add the number of remaining lessons they have. Their profile will be updated to show the amount of package time they have remaining.

Adding a full block of time and recording the associated payment

1. Select the pupil in question from the Pupils tab, then scroll down to find and tap "Record a payment".
2. If the pupil has any unpaid lessons added to GoRoadie Pro, you'll see their lesson listed. Press "Skip".
3. Choose a payment method.
4. Tap "Block purchase".
5. Tap on the package they previously purchased then tap "Save".
6. Tap "Save". The pupils profile will be updated to show the amount of package time they have remaining.

Adding the remaining time from a block and recording the full associated payment

1. Select the pupil in question from the Pupils tab, then scroll down to find and tap "Record a payment".
2. If the pupil has any unpaid lessons added to GoRoadie Pro, you'll see their lesson listed. Press "Skip".
3. Choose a payment method.
4. Tap “Other amount” and enter the fee the pupil paid for their block originally.
5. Tap "Done", then "Save"
6. Still on the pupils profile, tap “Add package time”
7. Add the amount of time, or switch to add the number of remaining lessons they have. Their profile will be updated to show the amount of package time they have remaining.

Adding remaining package time, associated payment and all associated lessons

1. Add all past lessons as you normally would. See our How to Add a Lesson guide if you need help.
2. Mark the lesson where the package was purchased as "Delivered" and select a "Block purchase" as the payment amount. Alternatively, from a pupils profile tap "Record a payment" and select the lesson in question that way. Their profile will be updated to show the amount of package time they have remaining. 3. You can then go through each of the other past lesson, marking them as "Delivered", then select "Deduct from lesson package" to reduce their package time until your lessons are up to date.
