The award for Association of the Year goes to Aberdeen & District Driving Schools Association. Massive congratulations to this hard working association.
They have gone above and beyond, supporting not only their members, but they have put in place procedures that have impacted the wider driver training industry across the UK.
The association is regularly in touch with their members, supplying the latest DVSA news, local updates, ADINJC news and even run polls to keep a pulse of what's happening with their members all over Aberdeen city and wider Aberdeenshire.
Their secretary, Derek Young, told us this when he found out they won this award...
On behalf of the members at the Aberdeen & District Driving Schools Association we are very privileged to win this award from GoRoadie.
Many of our members use GoRoadie to help provide them with pupils, which is a huge benefit and now the latest benefit of using GoRoadie is the Association Hub that they designed for us.
As the secretary of the ADDSA this new feature is a huge benefit to us because all information is stored in one place for all our members to view at any time.
I would advise all associations to have a hub like ours as it also attracts new members to the association.
The GoRoadie team will also adapt the hub to suit each individual association which is also very important.
We look forward working together in the future years.
A worthy mention for Association of the Year is Hinckley & District Driver Trainers Association. With strong leadership from Estelle Ealden and Neil Wightman, this is a professional association with their finger on the pulse of the ADI industry.
