How to mark a pupil as a non starter

We know that for various reasons, pupil leads may not end with business being generated for your driving school - this is frustrating and unfortunate. This is why we have our Non Starter programme in place.

To let us know that a learner did not receieve a lesson from you:

From your Dashboard, under “Current Students” click on their name to view their profile Select the Actions tab and press the red "Report an issue with this pupil” button

This will update your profile with a free referral/free credit, so if it was paid, or even if it was your first free one, the next time you accept a student, you will not have to pay again. We also make it a priority to get another pupil in your car as quickly as possible.

Pro Tip: Our research shows, phoning learner drivers as quickly as possible has shown an increase in retained pupils. Try opting to call rather than text messages.
