We are thrilled to announce that Lee Spary, founder of ADI Doctor, has been awarded the prestigious title of CPD Provider of the Year 2025.
Lee has dedicated himself to helping Potential Driving Instructors (PDIs) and Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) pass their Part 3 exams and Standards Checks with confidence. Through his training service, ADI Doctor, he provides expert coaching, both online and in-car, making the process clearer, easier, and more accessible for instructors at all levels.
His impact speaks for itself—Lee has helped over 250 instructors achieve success, and he continues to support many more. His approach is all about clarity, encouragement, and setting high professional standards, ensuring his trainees not only pass but excel in their careers.
Alongside his work with ADI Doctor, Lee is known for his broader contributions to the industry, including his role as a Grade A Instructor Trainer and his involvement in community initiatives, such as fundraising for mental health support. His passion for improving driving instruction has made a lasting difference.

Winning England’s ADI of The Year in 2023 was truly the pinnacle of my instructor career. But to win this one, despite being up against two industry-leading training organisations, feels like an even bigger achievement. My mind is blown!
