Before becoming an ADI (Approved Driving Instructor) I worked in retail management for many years. During my time in retail I learned a great deal about coaching and communicating to people which has been a great asset as a driver trainer.
I have now been training people to drive for over 15 years and is the best job I’ve ever had. It’s hard to beat the pleasure you get out of helping someone pass their test.
My patient nature helps me especially with nervous drivers, people new to this country and with special needs.
