I passed 1st time! I felt confident in my ability after learning with Teklit. He had the knowledge and the visual aids to help me through every situation on the road. I did my lessons in Horsforth but got a cancellation test in Harehills and still passed! He made sure I was a good and safe driver more than anything, 5 months on and still not even a near miss, I was taught very well! Absolutely amazing, thankyou Teklit!
I couldn't have asked for a better learning experience. Teklit is extremely patient, gentle, and understanding in his learning style. Each lesson I left with a smile on my face, firstly because it was clear I was getting better after each lesson, and secondly because he is a wonderful person! He doesn't waste time getting you on the road and learning manoeuvres, taking you on test routes etc. He is encouraging and instills confidence in you. If you're a nervous driver, or find yourself getting easily overwhelmed, I would recommend. This was the best learning experience I could have asked for. I passed with 4 minors!
Teklit is an amazing driving instructor, he is always nice and patient, and explains the points clearly and simply. I am an extremely nervous person and Teklit cheers me up with his humour a lot. As I am at work, my timetable is a bit annoying but Teklit still tried his best to cooperate with me. I finally passed the test and now I enjoy driving a lot! Definitely the best learning experience I have ever had!

Michele is a rare find when it comes to instructors. I was particulary impressed by the way she teaches maneuvers. As you position the car ready to begin the maneuver, she always knows exactly at which point you should start reversing to slot yourself precisely into a bay, giving you a reliable reference point for future use. Michele is eagle-eyed and will absolutely spot even the tiniest of mistakes. It was useful to have someone so on-the-ball in the passenger seat whilst learning the ropes. Every aspect of my driving was scrutinised, but never in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh. She gives compliments sparingly, so that whenever you do receive one, you know that she means it. There's a reason Michele has such a long waiting list for potential pupils. She's an expert at what she does. Don't be put off by the fact that you might not be able to get booked in straight away, as the wait was certainly worth it.
Michele is a fantastic driving instructor. All the way through the learning process Michele is fixed on making sure confidence is built and road safety is paramount. Through her excellent teaching I successfully passed my test the first time. Her structure to lessons is very good and while designed to progress the learner through the stages of driving, there can be alterations if topics need a little extra time. For me, it was complex junctions ha! But with this extra time I built the necessary skills and confidence in managing that particular area. Michele has a very calm and supportive approach, and is also firm but fair to help build confidence and resilience in driving ability. She is always willing to answer questions and as you progress with your driving will ask you questions concerning what you are thinking when driving, such as, meeting situations, gear and lane discipline and everything else that driving involves. For me, it really helped as my driving progressed.
I was very anxious and lacked confidence when I first began learning to drive, but Michele is an incredibly patient and understanding instructor. She took the time to explain everything clearly and at a pace that suited me, and she provided helpful resources to review before my test. Michele also understood how my dyslexia affected my driving and adjusted her teaching approach accordingly. She never rushed me and ensured I was completely comfortable with each skill before moving on to the next. I'm glad I found Michele. She's friendly, professional, always calm and fully paying attention during lessons. She confidently navigates through any difficulty and taught me to take this approach as well. As a nervous driver, I found she helped me feel 'normal' on the road. I think she's good at reading the current skill of her pupil and adjusting the level of her guidance accordingly, so gradually they develop more and more independence. She's always on time, and if she were running late, she would always let me know ahead. It's clear she cares about her pupils and makes an effort to book them in for additional classes if needed for an approaching test.

I can only review my driving lessons as a positive experience with Mushtaq. On top of the many scenarios practiced that have boost my confidence in the road I am very happy that I have find a dedicated instructor that primes for a safe driving with knowledge and experience that is always ready to answer questions and offer advice. On top, he is always keen to address my concerns and repeat any point I mention, for example repeating parking exercises. Mushtaq is keen to help, is patient and has an easy going personality that has made me feel comfortable to drive and learn.

Great Experience with Habibur Rahman My driving instructor Habib (Muhammad Habibur Rahman) is an excellent teacher. He is professional, kind and patient with me even when I make silly mistakes. Muhamma Habibur Rahman in Leeds I have not been disappointed. I am learning with Habib (Muhammad Habibur Rahman) and I am very happy with my lessons so far. From the outset Habib has been incredibly professional; he has made a point of turning his phone on flight mode throughout every lesson and encouraging me to read the road through active questioning as we drive to and from the practice location in order to maximize my learning time. Habib has not only been encouraging, but he has ensured that I feel confident in my own abilities before moving on to more challenging lessons by giving me lots of opportunities to use my own knowledge and think for myself. At the same time, I have felt safe learning with Habib as he always reassures me that if I do come into difficulty he will step in either by giving me verbal instructions or literally taking control if it is necessary. Habib has always been fair and honest with me when I make mistakes and has talked through what may have gone wrong so I can understand how to improve. I am a nervous learner, but I feel very lucky to be learning with Habib as he always responded to my nervousness well. He is very knowledgeable and his experience is clearly shown, he answers any questions I have and passes on that knowledge well. I don't think I am the easiest student, as I am so nervous, but Habib has always shown great patience and accommodated for me so I can learn at a pace suitable to my learning style. Habib has also been very accommodating for scheduling changes and kept in contact with me, notifying me well in advance should he need to reschedule and has never canceled a lesson. I would recommend anyone new to driving should use Habib (Muhammad Habibur Rahman) as I have zero complaints and can only praise Habib for my learning journey so far! Date of experience: 04 May 2019

He makes you listen and he will not take you in the road unless you are confident and unless he is confident. Highly recommend, top tier instructor Hello, I never write reviews however I felt this was necessary and well deserved. I’ve had multiple instructors prior but this is by far the best instructor I’ve had. Very nice and understanding, makes you feel comfortable in the car which helps you learn quickly and master your driving skills. Ibrar was my 3rd driving instructor, the 2 previous were not up to standards, and I can say that. He made sure to find alternative ways to help me understand, if I did not understand something, for example round abouts for me was a struggle, but made clear by Ibrar. I'd recommend to others and I passed on my 1st test when he took over as my instructor, had one test before that.

Ibrar was such a great instructor. From day one, he was very patient and reassured me that I can drive. He advised to learn the basics of driving in a quiet road, which showed how thoughtful he was towards me. Eventually I was began driving on the main roads, with no pressure, doing manoeuvres and high speed, country lane driving. Ibrar has always been on time, never last minute cancelled any lessons and demonstrated how to be a competent driver, at a good cost, even with inflation. I can honestly state that my first two driving instructors were awful; Ibrar was my third. If there were any things that I struggled to understand, he made sure to find other methods to explain them to me. Ibrar helped me understand roundabouts, for example. I passed my second test and would suggest it to others. I didnt received guidance from my prior two instructors, whereas with Ibrar I got the best teaching and learning as possible

Isha is a well qualified, very attentive, professional and an amazing instructor, I would highly recommend her. I came to her needing lessons as I had my test booked in a month's time and was worried if I would pass or not. She helped me relearn driving in a short span of time, and would always prioritise and be available for me, she doesn't charge extortionate prices like the others, and i would say her pricing is worth it, for her quality of teaching, unlike other instructors, who would take advantage of learners, and charge too much. I’ve had 2 instructors in the past, they were unprofessional, verbally abusive, and would use my paid lesson time to pick up and drop off their other students. None of these occurred with Isha. She would make sure to note my mistakes, making sure I would go over them until I corrected them. This helped me massively improve in such a short amount of time so that I would be ready for the test. She managed to change my test date to an earlier date, and make adjustments to my date, such as the timing of my test, as my previous test was during peak time, as she knew i would be hesitant during rush hour so she moved my test to a quieter time, which would ensure I had less distractions, and increasing my chances of passing. Also she was kind enough to rearrange her entire schedule to match my availability, allowing me to take the lessons I needed in order to pass despite having multiple other learners, and her own things to deal with, she would always make time for me. She genuinely wanted me to pass and did everything she could as an instructor to do that in the span of just a few weeks. She was the best instructor I've ever had, and once again, I would highly recommend you take lessons with her, you wont regret it.

Seb is a fantastic instructor, he puts you at ease instantly and makes you feel confident in your driving. He's calm, understanding and knowledgeable. He was very understanding with my work pattern and worked around it making him extremely flexible. Whilst on my lessons i felt happy, confident and comfortable and would reccomend Seb to anyone! Please take the time to reach out and book some lessons. Seb isn't from my area but still came and helped and we got a pass today with 4 minors.
Stuart has been a great driving instructor for me as an anxious learner, he was always calm and patient even if I was flapping! Lessons were well structured with progress easily monitored and anything new would be clearly explained beforehand so that I never felt overwhelmed during lessons. I always felt like I was progressing at a comfortable pace and each lesson would end with a quick debrief. Stuart would always remain professional while still being able to have fun, is accommodating of any requests, has an easy-to-use online booking system and is rarely late but would always let me know. The relaxing playlist was a particularly nice and appreciated touch! Stuart made sure I was well prepared for my test - covering a variety of roads and conditions, making sure I was familiar with test routes and completing mock tests which we would keep a record of. He was also able to secure a quick cancellation for a test with no extra cost! Thanks for everything, not least putting up with me (:

Had a great time learning with Michael. Hadn't driven in 20 years, and he got me up to speed, and passed my test first on my first attempt. He had me learn the fundamentals of how to drive a manual, and progressed me up to anticipating the unexpected and being a strong defensive driver. He always was able to provide a strong theoretical basis for everything he taught, which really helped me internalise things. I feel ready to go out by myself now - thanks Michael!
Michael is a great tutor. He is very nice and approachable. There were times i thought id get some sort of verbal lashing as a new driver due to mistakes - but no, he was calm and subtle pointing out errors or what i was supposed to do. Compared to other tutors with horrendous reputation and PTSD/nightmare worthy to be around, Micheal is great for anyone wanting to start driving or retake lessons with an excellent rate of progressions whilst also making new drivers feel more comfortable and road worthy.

I was nervous about learning to drive in UK, as my experince with other countries haven't been very positive. Having revoked UK driving license and coming back as new learner was daunting. Heather was fab. I was really nervous when I started and quite neurotic due to my first driving experiences. I could never imagine myself driving and was considering switching to automatic. I decided to give manual one last try with Heather, and so glad I did - 2 and a half months later, I passed first time! We did lots of lessons - 2-3 times a week of with a mix of 1-2 hours, but mostly 2 hours. Heather was patient but honest, and created a relaxed environment for me to relearn. We had lots of good laughs. Highly recommend ❤️

Flexibility, pricing and availability were important to me when choosing my driving school, however, the main thing which influenced my decision was the past reviews. The teaching methods were good as he was straight to the point and told me exactly what I needed to know to pass my test. I was in for my test within 3 months of starting my lessons which was great. Learning to drive was nowhere near as stressful as I imagined as it was simple and straight forward. Customer service was great mark was always on hand, turned up on time and never missed a lesson. The teaching methods were easy to understand and well taught with use of various forms such as diagrams and sketches which helped me understand ref points for manoeuvres. With Marks help we got in for a driving test in a matter of months thanks to me passing my theory test early on in training. Overall learning to drive I found relatively easy and if mistakes were made they were corrected swiftly so they disappeared fairly quickly which accelerated the learning process. Customer service was good and mark was at hand to help with any queries I had. I had a friend who was learning with passed masters and came to mark via him, I found it easy to get to where I needed to be with mark, having a few bad experiences in the past, and had done my test within a couple of months. It was important for me to find a competent instructor who could begin my lessons as quickly as possible and would have a good level of patience as I had no prior driving experience. My Decision to choose Passed Masters was based on the fact that I received an extremely fast response and was able to start my lessons very quickly. My instructor has provided a fair and thorough analysis of my driving throughout the process of learning to drive, and was able to explain each lesson in a way that was easy to understand. He also reinforced the manoeuvres and instructions I had previously learned throughout the process so that I was able to progress with driving quickly and effectively without forgetting anything from a previous week. Mark was also willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process even if I asked on more than one occasion. I was able to book my test within 4 months of my first lesson which was perfect because as soon as I was comfortable enough to take the test I was entered in for it. After a really bad experience with my previous driving instructor, who I've also written a review of, I was ready to pack in learning to drive altogether. I decided to give it another go and was introduced to Fiz. I'd explained my previous situation and she immediately put me at ease. It felt like I was sat in the car with a close friend I'd known for years. I've do far only had a few lessons with Fiz but wanted to write a quick review now than wait until the end of my course. Fiz has fantastic teaching skills, everything is explained clearly and calmly and she helps you build your confidence by complimenting you on good driving, which my previous instructor never did. I wish I'd have had Fiz as my first instructor as I'd have probably passed my test by now. I will of course extend this review once I've passed my test but for anyone looking for a driving instructor, I highly recommend Fiz. She has given me back my confidence to learn and I now look forward to each driving lesson. *Update* - I've now passed my driving test with 5 minors all thanks to Fiz, she is a great driving instructor. She really has helped to build my confidence behind the wheel and I now really enjoy driving. I could not recommend Fiz enough as a driving instructor. After having numerous instructors and not driving for over 2 years I was understandably apprehensive to get behind the wheel again and I was filled with a lot of nerves as driving had been something I’d put off for a while. However even after my first lesson with Fiz I was given so much confidence and she proved to me that I can do it, developing and improving after every lesson the feeling of being able to achieve something I never thought I would was incredible. Fiz ensures you’re relaxed but makes everything seem so effortless and at a pace that’s easy to understand. Sudhir is the best driving instructor I have ever come across. I passed my driving test 12/13 years ago with Sudhir. They was the most memorable driving lessons. Sudhir is very patient, funny and made me feel relaxed. I have alot of faith in Sudhir so much so he's the first person I turned to, to now be my sons driving instructor.

Inaam Danish in Leeds is a great guy and a fantastic driving instructor. Lessons with him where fun as well extremely useful. He took me from a complete novice driver to a point where I was test ready a lot quicker than I expected and I very much enjoyed learning to drive.

I had no instructor 2days prior to my test date i called mosa and he told me he will do an assessment with me. He corrected all my mistakes before my test and i passed by Gods grace .Very patient guy too.

Jon is by far the best driving instructor I've met and I've met a fair few. He made passing my test easy. Every single day was a learning day but he actually made driving fun. I can’t recommend Jon enough, he has a very down to earth approach and makes learning easygoing, seamless and thoroughly rewarding. He maintains a perfect balance between getting you focused but keeping you at ease, so much so that I passed my practical on the first attempt!
Jon taught me to drive in Leeds while I was at university before I moved further up North for work. I wasn't able to get a driving instructor after the move so I had been practising with family before my test. I will always stand by the fact that I only passed first time because of all the good habits Jon instilled in me (enough to counteract bad habits I picked up from my family). He is excellent at integrating practical and theoretical knowledge while driving and makes it a genuinely fun experience to learn (he deals very well with a nervous learner). He was really accommodating when it came to last minute changes and working around my placement schedules. Jon was genuinely great to learn from - thanks for everything!

I’m a nervous learner and Sonny used every means to help me stay calm and confident. He teaches with clear and detailed illustration on tablets, teaching notes and maps. He takes me out of car to observe road marking and traffic which is very practical and useful. Whenever I struggle he would support me with positive encouragement and feel my difficulties. Thanks for giving me life lesson for letting go things and subsiding fears. This is an amazing life changing learning process. I’m a confident driver now and that is all thanks to Sonny giving me all the support to do this - I could not recommend Sonny’s teaching enough, and would have been happier if I learned driving with him earlier.
Best instructor… After changing instructors a few times I became quite disheartened about driving. I instantly warmed to Sonny, he made lessons fun and I trusted him. Great instructor - Sean is a really nice guy and a very patient driving instructor. It can be tricky since everyone learns at a different pace but he's really good at making sure everyone is a safe driver and learns all the rules. He can get booked up quickly so try to plan out your lessons a few weeks in advance if you can. I passed my driving test on my first try! Would definitely recommend to others.
Driving with Sean was an absolutle breeze. Driving from February to April and passing with zero minors, I had previous driving experience but this time around was so much easier. I am a nervous driver but Sean gave constructive feedback, little illustrations and explained everything so clearly. I would highly recommend APOLLO to anyone.

Mr. Raja Habib, my driving instructor is the best one could ever get. He is professional, patient, kind, deals with you on an individual basis (person-centered), understanding, and fully knows what diversity is. To be quite honest I was blown away by his professional etiquette to driving instruction. The fare is very fair and affordable for an automatic. Raja will not let you fail. I struggled for a long time with my driving and kept loosing motivation, kept stopping and starting. Shakeel changed this for me, he helped me stay calm and there was always a positive energy. I wanted to drive this time! On the day of the test, I wasn’t fully sure I would pass because I could have done with a few extra lessons. Passed first time after around 11 lessons thanks to Shakeel. He is a calm, patient and helpful instructor, and even went out of his way to help me find a quicker test date. Shakeel is a knowledgeable and experienced instructor. He was very patient with me when it was needed and made understanding the roads simple. His use of analogies, driving cues and drawings allowed me to develop my understanding for driving and manoeuvres. Even before my practical test, I felt more than comfortable to take it as he had me well equipped with skills necessary to achieve it. Can’t recommend him enough
Mr shakeel is a very experienced and knowledgeable driving instructor. I felt safe at all times and he was a calming influence. I felt very prepared for my driving test as he ensured I had driven the test area many times and was aware of any tricky areas. He structured and communicated how to carry out manoeuvres simply. What I admire most about Ian is how thorough he is. He not only knew that I could pass my driving test but Ian had taught me to be a good driver as his standards are higher than a driving test examiner.
I found shakeel through a recommendation from my brother, who also took lessons with him and passed first time. Ian is an extremely knowledgeable instructor, patient, calm and capable of explaining driving concepts very well. I have recently passed my test and I feel that through taking lessons with Ian I have been equipped with the essential skillset to handle any situation on the road that is thrown at me. Ian is very responsive, and encourages students to always clarify any areas they are unsure on. After months of looking for an instructor in the West End of Glasgow, Ian was able to accommodated me and take me step-by-step through learning to drive. He was able to arrange lessons around my work schedule and made the process easy. Ian helped me to pass my test first time and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

Could not recommend shakeel enough, his patience and his methods of teaching don’t only focus on making you pass your test, but to actually drive using your own judgement. My confidence in my ability to sit my test was high due to how well he prepared me for it. His methods of teaching coupled with his fairness and flexibility makes him the most ideal instructor. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with my driving instructor! Right from the start, he was super calm and patient, which really helped me feel comfortable. His teaching style is so approachable, and he always took the time to explain things clearly, making learning so much easier. I loved how he kept the atmosphere light and fun, which made each lesson something to look forward to. Plus, he was really flexible with scheduling, which was a huge help. I genuinely feel like I’ve learned so much and grown more confident behind the wheel. I can't recommend him enough they also tell you as a driver is okay to make mistakes cause your learning and making mistakes is okay cause you learn from them hes a great instructor 😊

Gareth has been an absolute pleasure learning with and I cannot praise his teaching style, positive attitude and patience enough! After coming from a string of bad driving instructors, I had very little confidence and doubted my abilities. Gareth working diligently with me to make me into a confident driver not just to pass the test but overall on how to be a safe driver! He has a very professional attitude yet is a warm friendly person by nature and helps you feel at ease from the very first lesson! After learning from 5 different instructors and being taught various driving styles/ methods, I can say that Gareth’s methods are the only ones which, have been successful and worked for me. I 100% recommend learning with Gareth, you will not be disappointed and will feel progression after every lesson. Also small things such sending text reminders a day before your lesson, taking notes during the lesson and listing things to work on during the next lesson, shows how organised Gareth is!
