ADI of the Year - England Lee Spary

Winner photo

Our prestigious award for Driving Instructor of the Year (England) goes to Lee Spary in Lancashire.

A huge congratulations to him, it's well deserved with his work ethic throughout 2022.

This was a hotly contested battle. With 1000s and 1000s of votes for this award, it was extremely tight. The winner though is an undisputable champion for our industry. Not only great with learner drivers, but they also specialise in training with instructors. Some of you may know him as the “ADI Doctor” for his work he does for part 3 training.

From his social media, to his PDI training to his philanthropy with suicide prevention, Lee is a credit to the driver training space.

From the winner

We spoke to Lee about his win and he told us this:

With some many amazing instructors in the UK, I'm shocked and slightly embarrassed to be chosen as ADI of the year for England.

Thank you to everyone that voted for me. After 14 and half years of graft, this really means the world to me.

Highly Commended

As this award was so tight, we wanted to share the appreciated for another hugely popular driving instructor: Ozgul Guler. As a Newcastle based instructor and the proud owner of Lavinia Driving School, you just have to visit her impressive social media pages to see why she is recognised as a hugely influential driving instructor. Massive congrats.
