Our prestigious award for Driving Instructor of the Year (Wales) goes to Mikaela Charles in the Ebbw Vale area.
A huge congratulations to her, she has done so much for her learners and community - it's a privilege to give her this award.
Mikaela engages her students with posts over both Instagram and Facebook, she shares not only mindfulness techniques but even job opportunities in her area - a real credit to this industry. Congratulations, itโs clearly a well deserved win.
We reached out to Mikaela, and she told us what the award meant to her:
I want to be able to thank everyone who has supported and voted for me, I am humbled ๐
Being alongside so many great names in the industry is amazing, Lee, Chris and Francis I have followed since my PDI days and I hope that continues, they are aspirational.
When we lift and support each other we all rise, so I am positively confident of the future of the driver training industry, and my part to play in my community of the South Wales Valleys.
ADI of the Year England goes to the ADI Doctor himself, the hugely popular Lee Spary.
