GoRoadie preps 2026 Autumn update

DUNDEE, UNITED KINGDOM. GoRoadie Pro, the easy-to-use diary management app, is preparing its 2026 Autumn update. Sketchpad launches at the start of October, giving driving instructors a new way to explain skills and safety manoeuvres by sketching directly onto a map in the app.

Sketchpad automatically sets the starting location from the instructor’s current lesson, then lets them draw on the map with different line colours and weights. Undo, redo and erase make it easy to update as they go, and the finished sketch can be saved to the phone or sent on to the pupil. It will be available from the Home tab’s user menu.

The Autumn update also brings a set of improvements that are already live in GoRoadie Pro:

Diary colour customisation — Instructors can set custom calendar colours for different lesson statuses in Settings > Diary customisation.

Reflective log reliability — Enhanced sync stability to avoid conflicts when an instructor and pupil update notes at the same time.

QuickBooks integration — Connect directly via Web Dashboard > Finances > Integrations.

Sync performance — Faster background syncing across all devices.

Track mileage — Mileage is now available on the web for easy access on desktop.

Improved group messaging — Send to students in certain postcodes, or filter by dates, from the web.

Improved resources — New instructor resources, plus sub-folders so materials are easier to organise.

GoRoadie Pro allows driving instructors to manage their business through a modern and easy-to-use app. After winning Professional Support Provider at the 2022 Intelligent Instructor Awards, the team have continued to put ADIs at the centre of every update.
